Flexible rates:

You may cancel or modify the reservation free of charge until 3 days before arrival. You will be charged the first night if you cancel in the 3 days before arrival or for no-show.

We permit to verify the validity and to obtain an approval code in the amount of the 1st night for the credit-card you guarantee your booking with at the time of Reservation.

Semi-Flexible rates: 

You will be charged 10% of the total price if you cancel or modify your booking after reservation and the total price if you cancel or modify in the 3 days before arrival.
